Finished the row at 5:09 and tried really hard to keep moving the whole time. The goal was to keep it just shy of the red line. Thrusters were definitely the rest. Last round of burpees were miserable and I had to break them up. One of those workouts that feel horrible when you are in it, but 10 minutes later the body feels pretty good.
