Split Jerk
EMOM5 201 lbs.
EMOM5 215 lbs.
EMOM5 228 lbs.

These all felt great.  Very consistent lifts.


Push Press
2x5 158 lbs.
3x5 169 lbs.

Again, these felt really good,


Back Squat Jumps
3x3
110 lbs.

No issues here.


3 Rounds
12 Power Cleans 135 lbs.
12 HSPU

Not bad, not great.  HSPU are still a limiting factor, but I think they are getting better.
