Snatch
EMOM5 128 lbs.

These felt pretty good.  Still working on some things (narrower grip, slightly lower hips in the starting position).  A lot of positives, but my catch is still shaky.

These felt good.  A good practice for hook gripping.

Nice.

These got pretty challenging!
