Find a max
180 lbs. (5 lbs. PR)

I am really happy about this.

180, 191, 201

These went really well.

Rope Climbing
10:00 of work on tough variation

I did several legless and then several l-sits.  These felt really good.

Air Dyne
4 Rounds
0:30 max / 2:30 rest

This was so, so awful.  I could not sit, stand or lay down for, at least, 15 minutes after.
