These felt good.  I am really happy with 215.

These didn't feel great.  My "pullers" are tired this week.  Barely got the third one on the third set so I decided to bring it down a little bit on the last set to make sure I got the reps.

Argh!  Just didn't feel comfortable on the pull-up bar today.  Shoulders are tired and tight so I had a hard time hitting these fluidly.  A lot of wasted energy resulted in some fails.  This is a minute slower than the last time we did it.  I went unbroken then.  Some NSFW words were used...
