until the last 10 reps when I went to all C & J.
I liked
today’s work.
After a
little rest, I practiced some butterfly CTBPU (#crossfitopen2016) and then did
EMOM for 10 minutes alternating between 10 wall balls at 30 lbs. and 10 TTB.
Finished
with Flight Simulator. Untimed, but no
misses.
