Felt pretty good. Second rep at 231 was messy, but I was able to pull it back together and hit a pretty solid rep 3, although I was a little wide on my catch.

Man, I suck at pacing. Wall balls got very, very spicy (shoulders were smoked, legs were tired). Almost all of the drift was due to additional rest required to make sure the wall balls were unbroken. Also, took a little extra time before the last round of bar muscle ups to ensure I didn't fail. Rows were all sub-1:40, burpees were pretty quick and muscle ups were unbroken.
