Power Snatch

I am starting to get a little more comfortable with the power snatch.  Some of these were pretty good and some were just so-so.  I did have a miss in the third set.  Kinda weird, but I recovered and finished, mostly, strong.

Argh!  So close on the fourth rep at 345.  Very frustrating!


CTB Series

3 Pull-Ups + 3 CTBPU + 2 Bar Muscle Ups

These went great!  I have never been able to link these together, and this was so easy!  Very pumped about this!

HSPU Series
EMOM 8
3 Strict HSPU with 2" deficit

These went pretty well.  Because of equipment limitations, I used a a 4" deficit.

Holy crap! KBS absolutely destroyed me!  And nothing like a 75 lbs. front squat to make you feel like a sniveling little child! Really horrible! Haha!
