Training December 16, 2014


Power Clean + Push Jerk
8 Sets Begin a set every 0:60
210 lbs.

These felt pretty good, not Froning efficient, but good.  




Front Squat
4-4-4 Rest 2:00
245, 265, 285(2), 285

Felt a little heavy today.  Front rack wasn't just right, and it almost cost me my consciousness on my first attempt at 285.  I started to feel the lights go out so I bailed at two.  Got my rack position right and hit 285 for four pretty easily.

EMOM12
Even: 5 Squat Clean Thrusters 155 lbs.
Odd: 9 Burpees

Unbroken on the squat clean thrusters approximately 0:20 per round.  Burpees took between 0:16 and 0:18 per round.

Rowing
4 x 500m Rest 2:00
1:37.2, 1:39.3, 1:46.0, 1:45.6

Crashed and burned on round 3.  Last two rounds were all about survival.  Legs were absolutely shot!
