Warm-Up
EMOM 15
M1: 40 Double Unders
M2: 8 Pull-Ups (Strict, Butterfly, CTB)
M3: 8 Burpees
M4: 5 HSPU
M5: 0:30 Airdyne

Push Jerk

Worked up to 220 lbs.

Really worked on technique.  This is a difficult movement for me, particularly at heavier weights.  I have really improved with lighter weights (up to 185), but around 205 my technique begins to fade.

AMRAP 20
20 Thrusters 135 lbs. (5-5-5-5)(5-5-5-5)(4-3-?-?)(?-?-?-?)
20 Pull-Ups (10-10)(10-10)(10-10)
20 Burpees 
3 Rounds + 20 thrusters

Ouch!  I really need to work on my pacing.  I thought I took Pat's advice and paced the first round, looked at the clock and it only took me 3 minutes.  I knew I was in trouble.  Second round started pretty strong, but by the burpees, I was really starting to struggle.  The burpee-thruster transition was tough.  Not a lot of time to breath. Thrusters in rounds 3 and 4 were singles, doubles and a few triples.  Absolutely no flow at all.

On the bright side, the pull-ups went great.  All smooth butterfly.  Felt like a small respite in a storm of shit.
