Training December 17, 2014

I really dislike KTE.  It is a very awkward movement.  This one got a little grippy at the end.

I felt like I really moved well on this one.  Runs were nice and steady, TTB were smooth and unbroken, and the STO really felt snappy.  I had 0:25 left after completing the fourth round and I made the inexcusable decision to stay put.  Weak minded.

35 Double Unders
8 Burpees to 6" target
1 Legless Rope Climb
5 Rounds + 35 Double Unders

This one felt pretty good.  Doubles were all unbroken, just tried to keep moving on the burpees and the rope climbs were fun.  Our rope is about 50' away from our rig where we did the burpees so that little walk/trot really helped me keep my pacing under control.

10 (Power) Snatches 75 lbs.
10 Box Jumps 24" (Step Down)
5 Rounds + 4 Snatches

Snatches went pretty well.  Went unbroken on the first two rounds, and then split up 7-3.  Box jumps slowed me down a little bit.  I still have a rare case of DOMS in my quads from Monday's work.
