Training October 17, 2014

Worked in some overhead squats today.  I should have gotten five on the last set.  I kinda wussed out. I am a little disappointed, but six months ago, I couldn't OHS 135 lbs. because my shoulders were so messed up, so I will live with it.

Just kept moving.  Everything unbroken (thank you DU god).  Step-ups take SO long.

3 Rounds + 150m row + 6 Burpee TTB + 1 Power Clean

We don't have a 88 lbs. KB (yet) so I substituted power cleans.  Not extremely happy with the rows. After the first round, splits climbed to around 1:40/500.  I would have liked to have kept that sub-1:40.  Broke up round 3 of the power cleans into 4-1-1-1-1.

I had 24 in the first minute and then the wheels kinda fell off the bus.  Kept moving, but reps 24-40 were SLOW.
