Worked in some clean clusters. Planned on going with the same weight across, but didn't have time to warm up into it. Kinda happy about that because I was going to use 220 so I never would have tried 242.

Muscle ups took the most time, but I feel like I moved pretty well through this one.
That is some volume on the metcon, nice job hitting those WNs unbroken!
