Due to my late training session last night, I decided to switch my rest/active recovery day from Friday to Thursday. I will do today's scheduled work tomorrow.
On my rest day I like to get in the gym to be social and to move a little bit. I have been following Wendler for bench press over the last month on my off days. Plus, I like to do some accessory pulling exercise.

Trying to build the double unders back up to where they need to be. I am starting to re-gain some confidence.

Nice and easy.
Bench Press

265, 270 (F)
270 would have been a PR. 265 tied my PR. I should have went straight to 270, but after all the thrusters, pull-ups, etc. yesterday, my shoulders were tired and the weight felt heavier than usual.
