25 Thrusters 135 lbs.
Off the rower at 3:30, 0:30 transition time (would have liked this to be a little less) and 2:05 for the thrusters. Thrusters were done in 10-5-5-3-2. I was really happy to get 10 right out of the gate, but it probably had something to do with my 0:30 of transition time.

30 Strict Pull-Ups
Not at all what I expected. Going into the workout, I thought I would do my best on this one. Not even close. Off the rower at 12:44 (2:44) and off the pull-up bar at 17:26. Holy crap, where did the time go. To be honest I don't remember the rep scheme, but there was one set of 5, a few singles and the rest were 2s and 3s. Just awful.

No Push-Up Burpees
I had to sub rowing for running again. Off the rower at 23:51 and then 105 burpees Burpees were done in the following sets: 30-13-13-14-26-9.
