Training October 23, 2014


Split Jerk
Work to a heavy double in 15:00
231 lbs.

I expected more going into this.  I failed the first rep at 242.  On my second attempt, I hit the first rep and missed the second.  I really thought I would get 242.



Weighted Pull-Ups
3 RM
75 lbs.

I was able to get 75 pretty smoothly, but it definitely felt like a max.  Used overhand grip.


For Time
25m Prowler Push (Heavy w/fast foot turnover) 240 lbs.
7 Wall Walks
14 Squat Clean Thrusters 45 lbs. Dumbbells (Unbroken)
21 CTB Pull-Ups (7-7-7)
28 Wall Balls 30 lbs./10' (12-8-8)
35 Double Unders (Unbroken - thank you double under god)
25m Prowler Push 240 lbs.

I have absolutely no gauge of reference on this one, but I was surprised how fast this one went. Last prowler push was miserable.

Finished off the day with a 1000m row without foot straps.  Nice and easy.
