Training October 28, 2014

Full Clean + Hang Clean + 3 Front Squats

I feel like I get better at these as the weights go up.  The clean at 231 felt super easy and light, and I felt like the hang at 231 was fast.  Still, a little issue getting my elbows through fast enough, but overall, a pretty solid lift.

I really felt the lack of running over the last two months in the last round.  My legs felt like blocks of concrete.

At least I am consistent.  I was still feeling the 200m runs in my hammies and glutes.

Something was not right on the rower the first round.  I was having to pull four times to get 1 cal.  It seemed to fix itself on the next two rounds.
