Training October 11, 2014


Power Cleans
20 Reps at 82% of 1RM
Begin a rep every 0:30
205 lbs.

Added a little power clean work.

8 Rounds
Row 200 Meters
10 Push Press 115 lbs.
3 Muscle-Ups 

Begin a set every 3:00 Scale as needed so you can finish the round in 2:30.

After the first three rounds, rows were in the 1:40/500m range.  Push press started to get a bit challenging beginning in round 6.  All unbroken, but I didn't like it a lot.  Muscle ups were unbroken until round six, and then they went 1-1-1, 1-2 and 1-2.  These felt pretty good today, but I went slower than I should have because I just didn't want to risk failing one and then standing under the rings for 60 seconds recovering.

    1. I saw that. Yours was way harder with the 400m run instead of the 200m row.
