Training August 15, 2014



Today was an active recovery / MAF WOD day.  Kept a nice pace, poured out some sweat and gave the brain a rest.

2 Rope Climbs
4 TGU 53 lbs. KB
8 TTB
16 Step ups 24"

5ish rounds.  Didn't really keep track.

Worked some front rack mobility after.  Looking forward to tomorrow's training.
