Thought I was going to come in around 1:27, but I lost focus for a couple of pulls and let my split time slip to 1:36.  This is the best I have ever felt on one of these so maybe I left too much in the tank.

Odd: 3 Bar Muscle Ups
Even: 10 Box Jumps 24" (Games Standard)

All muscle ups were unbroken.  By far, the most consistent I have been on these.

15 Strict Press 115 lbs.

200m Run penalty must be completed any time the strict press is broken.
