This went really easy. I am still a little hesitant on pulling a super heavy deadlift. I think I had quite a bit left, but I decided to save it for next time.

This is a 6 lbs. PR. Hit it on my third, and what was going to be my final, attempt.

I am a little disappointed with this. I did the first 30 strict. I should have gone to kipping a little sooner. Plus, I also forgot to film this. Disappointing effort all around.

Burpees over the bar
At the conclusion of the final burpee, disassemble the bar,
removing clips and plates. You must then carry each piece (one bar, one plate,
one plate, two clips: 4 trips) to the second spot 50 yards away. Reassemble the
bar and perform:
12-9-6
Hang power cleans 95 lbs.
