A1. HBBS with Bands

These felt better this week. Last set was still a struggle.

A2. Weighted Pull-Ups

These didn't feel quite as great as last week. The last single at 110 was razor close.

B. Thruster
Heavy Single (Not Max)
225 lbs. (10 lbs. PR)
I had a little more there, but since it was not a max day, I didn't go up. Looking forward to testing this again.

My strategy was to split up the thrusters into thirds, but that went out the window at the end of round 2. Stuck with singles in the last round to minimize rest time. My goal was sub-5:00. Got a good case of Fran lung after this one.
