Did this as a warm-up.

Hang Snatch @ 80%
145 lbs.

These felt really great!

Hang Clean @ 80%
220 lbs.

These also felt really good.

AMRAP 12
8 Push Press 115 lbs.
10 TTB
12 Burpees to plate
6 Rounds+8 Push Press+3 TTB

Started off blazing and then the shoulders started to fatigue.  Just tried to keep moving.  I think 7+ rounds is in there.

  1. That is a lot of work today! I haven't had a chance to run through that one yet do to traveling, not sure I'll be able to this weekend...it does look spicy!
